Product Introduction:
AFLAS rubber is an alternating copolymer based on tetrafluoroethylene and propylene, offering excellent high-temperature aging resistance, acid and alkali resistance, weather aging resistance, superior high-temperature steam resistance, and unique compression set resistance.

Features:
1. This new fluorinated ethylene propylene rubber possesses unique properties: heat resistance, corrosion resistance, electrical insulation, solvent resistance, steam resistance, and more, encompassing characteristics not found in other fluororubbers. It provides high-reliability, high-quality rubber products for complex systems.
3. Heat Resistance: Can be used for extended periods at 230°C without degradation of mechanical properties.
4. Oil Resistance: Low swelling in lubricating oils and hydraulic fluids, sufficient corrosion resistance to engine oils, and very high resistance to various additives, essentially unaffected by additive corrosion.
5. Steam Resistance: Under steam conditions of 200°C (15kg/cm2), no deterioration such as foaming or softening occurs, ensuring stable long-term use.
6. Electrical Properties: Offers electrical insulation not available in conventional fluororubbers.
7. Radiation Resistance: Stable performance under gamma radiation up to 200 Mrad.
8. Solvent Resistance: Extremely resistant to polar solvents like methanol.
9. Acid and Alkali Resistance: Highly resistant to high concentrations of acids and alkalis.
